2407713 - User Created Account text is not displayed when user registers through external site

• Admin performs some modifications for text in SystemAdmin > Configuration > User Created Account > User Created Account Introduction and Success Message
• This is text displayed to user once he/she logs in to LMS as a user and click link NewUser?

• User tries to register through external site but the text he can see differs from the one set above

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. As admin navigate to System Admin > Configuration > User Created Account
2. Perform some modifications for user created account success message and introduction message
3. Save your modifications
4. As a user navigate to external site and try to register yourself
5. Text you will see on this page is different as the one modified by admin

• The customer was using the admin URL : https://customerURL.plateau.com/learning/admin/nativelogin.jsp
• instead of the user one: https://customerURL.plateau.com/learning/user/nativelogin.jsp
• Site URL looks like this: https://customerURL.plateau.com/learning/user/portal.do?siteID=

• System Admin > Application Admin > Sites > Select your site > User-Created Account, to define site specific pages
• You define the default values for this page in System Admin > Configuration > User-Created Accounts
• When you click Restore Defaults, the system goes back to the configuration you defined there.
