Symptom

  • When running GRANT EXECUTE,
  • ASE errorlog reports an "infected with signal 10" error in the module log_setopts() with a stack trace:

Current process (0x19000d) infected with signal 10 (SIGBUS)
Address 0x0000000080a84bdc (log_setopts+0x1d0), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0000000000000011) 

  • Stack trace includes log_setopts().
