2407912 - Different 'UserDatatype' are returned between IQ12.7 and 16, when DataStage(9.1.2) executes 'count(*)' function

Symptom

  When DataStage(9.1.2) sent 'count(*)' query as dynamic query to IQ, IQ server returned  result value and 'Data type' value.
  Problem is that returned Data Type values are different between IQ12.7 and IQ15.4 (IQ16 too).
  This caused error "Unsupported Data Type 84".

  DataStage has been used 'usertype' item to get data type of result column from IQ12.7.
  On 'count(*)' query, 'usertype' returns 35 (unsined bigint) from IQ12.7,  but IQ15.4 & IQ16 returns value '84'.
  However '84' isn't valid data type at all.

  Error =>
     > SQL : select count(*) AS COL1 from test_ds_varchar
     > Error : DataStage Error Message : "Unsupported Data Type 84"
