2408246 - Wrong results inserting TIMESTAMP aggregate into a BINARY NULL column - ASE

Symptom

  • An aggregate function (min(), max() is run against a timestamp column and the results are inserted into a BINARY NULL column
  • ASE inserts the current timestamp value (@@dbts) instead of the correct result of the function
