2408403 - Dump error 'Method SET_PAYROLL_LOG has already been implemented' occurs when you run payroll

Symptom

The dump SYNTAX_ERROR happens when you run YEA relevant payroll, like off cycle 0005, 0007 and 0008. Also you will see error 'Method ‘SET_PAYROLL_LOG’ has already been implemented' when checking class CL_HRPYKR_MEDCRE_DED_ITEM through SE24.
