2408574 - MAIN_POSTPROC/JOB_UPGMODUPD fails due to TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED

Symptom

The SUM upgrade phase MAIN_POSTPROC/JOB_UPGMODUPD terminated with the following error message in the logs.  

Batchjob 'UPGMODUPD' with id 'XXXXXXXX' is aborted.

Further log analysis as follows revelas more information

SM37:

Job log overview for job:    UPGMODUPD / XXXXXXXX

 Job started
 Step 001 started (program UPGMODUPD, variant , user ID DDIC)
 Internal session terminated with a runtime error SQL_CAUGHT_RABAX (see ST22)
 Job cancelled

     A short dump has occurred in a database operation.

But the reason for the above said databse operation failure can found from the short dump in ST22 immediately before the above mentioned short dump.
