2408658 - After upgrading to SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.2, the install logs include errors referencing license keys / new WebI sample content fails to be published

An upgrade to SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.2 completes successfully, however the installer log file (setupengine.log) contains warnings relating to the license key, for example:
