2408678 - XI File Adapter: FTPS fails with "java.io.EOFException: Connection closed by remote host"

Symptom

You use File Adapter to connect to FTPS server.

File transfer fails with below error:

Error Exception caught by adapter framework: Connection closed by remote host.
Error Attempt to process file failed with java.io.EOFException: Connection closed by remote host.
Error MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server "<FtpsServerHost>:<FtpsPort>": java.io.EOFException: Connection closed by remote host.

On FTPS Server, you may see FTP server log like below:

450 TLS session of data connection has not resumed or the session does not match the control connection

In runtime, sometimes you see a temporary file created on the FTPS server, not the desired target file.
