2408710 - Email notification for cancelled requisitions - Recruiting Management

During approval process of job requisition, if it is cancelled, no email notification is sent to the recruiting users who took part in the approval process.

In the approval workflow of a requisition, a recruiting operator cancels the requisition.

We have a standard email trigger in Admin Center > Recruiting Email Triggers > Requisition Closed. This email will be triggered when job requisition has changed from an approved state to a closed state (please note that requisition state is different from the status dropdown field in requisition form). Since cancelled requisition is no yet approved (on pre-approved state), this email notification will not trigger for this scenario.

There's is currently no email notification trigger for cancelled requisitions. You may raise this as an enhancement idea through Customer Influence tool. See KBA 2090228 for reference on how this works.
