2408710 - No Email notification for cancelled requisitions - Recruiting Management

Email notifications are not sent to recruiting users involved in the approval process when a job requisition is cancelled during approval.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a job req that is pending approval
2. Recruiting operator cancels the requisition
3. No email notification is sent

Within Admin Center > Recruiting Email Triggers > Requisition Closed, there is a standard email trigger. This email is sent when a job requisition transitions from an approved state to a closed state. (Please note that the requisition state differs from the status dropdown field in the requisition form). See 2741548 for more details.

Since cancelled requisition are not yet approved (on pre-approved state), this email notification will not trigger for this scenario.

There is currently no email notification trigger for cancelled requisitions. You may raise this as an enhancement idea through Customer Influence tool.
