I-9 Reverification process was not initiated for a candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
2. Select Onboarding 1.0.
3. Click on the I-9 Reverification Process.
4. Search for the affected candidate.
5. The I-9 Reverification process was not initiated for this candidate.

• If a candidate has citizenship status "Alien Authorized to Work" and his/her document will expire (I9AlienWorkUntilDate) in the next 90 days.   
• A candidate provides receipt during orientation step. 

In the order to fix this issue please raise a case for SAP Onboarding Support with the information below:

• Company ID
• Support user
• Affected candidate full name and HR DATA ID.
• Instance's data center
  

Please check that you have necessary permissions to I-9 Reverification process as well.
