2409019 - Badge block not Showing Title or Description in People Profile

Symptom

The badge block does not show the title or description created via Configure People Profile

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure the Badge block under Configure People Profile

  2. Go to Employee Profile
  3. See there is no Title displaying

Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

By default, Badge block will not show Title or Description in the profile.

If this is an important subject for your business requirements kindly consider submitting an enhancement request, as per KBA
