2409377 - User session is not clearing when browser is shutdown

Symptom

In the following situations, a user of Omnichannel Banking is receiving the error:

"Your account was still login, please logout from previous session"

and cannot login again:

  1. When a user using an Omnichannel Mobile Banking application and accidentally presses the "Back" button.
  2. When a user using the Omnichannel Banking browser-based solution either closes the browser or turns the computer off.
