In the following situations, a user of Omnichannel Banking is receiving the error:
"Your account was still login, please logout from previous session"
and cannot login again:
- When a user using an Omnichannel Mobile Banking application and accidentally presses the "Back" button.
- When a user using the Omnichannel Banking browser-based solution either closes the browser or turns the computer off.
- SAP Online Business Banking 8.3
- SAP Online Retail Banking 8.3
