2409592 - Nationality Field Showing Country Names Instead of Nationalities

In Personal Information, the Nationality fields are showing country names instead of Nationalities.

Employee Central - Personal Information

1. Navigate to the Personal Information portlet of a user
2. Select 'Edit'
3. Select the 'Nationality' field
4. See country names are displayed
   
   

This is currently the expected behaviour of the system.

You can enter the employee’s nationality here,by selecting their country for example:
 - Germany
 - Ireland
