When uploading the JCE file into SucccessFactors' database, the job type Foundation Data Import, under Admin tools> Monitor Jobs, displays the status as completed. However, when you open the CSV file, you notice the following error message:
"Internal System error encountered while importing record."

Resolution
This occurs when the Corporate Data Model is missing on your back-end system settings (provisioning).
Please upload the corporate data model and the system message shall no longer display.
