2409715 - Unable to select "No" in Recurring field

Symptom

  • When creating a new Pay Component, in the Recurring field dropdown only the "Yes" option is available from the picklist Yes/No

Environment

  • Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center
  2. Select Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures
  3. Go to Create New
  4. When selecting Recurring field, the only option available in the dropdown is "YES"

Cause

  •  The payComponentNonRecurring is not enabled

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center
  2. Select Manage Business Configuration
  3. Under Employee Central, select  payComponentNonRecurring
  4. Set Enabled field as "Yes"
