2409717 - The Advance Report is not returning data when viewed in Simplfied Chinese

I created a report in Advance Reporting in US English and when a User's Language Locale is in Simplified Chinese, the report does not return any data.

Advance Reporting

1. Create a report with Language Locale in US English > add filters > save > run the report.

2. Login as a different User > select Simplified Chinese as your Language Locale > run the same report > report will not have data.

Note: The fields that you are going to use as filters should have a translation.

The filter values were in US English (during the time the report is created) and it does not automatically change to Simplified Chinese if the one viewing the report is using Simplified Chinese as the Language Locale.

As a work around, the report's filter needs to be re-configured and select the translated value of the field.
