2409718 - Error launching application in new window (in AJAX Standards Framework)

• You're using the portal with Internet Explorer browser in Standards mode, and want to open the Manage Substitution Rules in UWL
• You're launching tasks/items from UWL in a new window
• You're launching portal iViews/applications in a new window

When doing one of the above, a rendering error appears as the shown below:

 

"A critical rendering error has been detected"
This application cannot be used because it was started in the wrong browser mode. Internet Explorer runs in compatibility mode. The application was started, however, in standards mode (IE9 or higher). (Note 1970689).
