2410009 - CRM_LORD2_BADI is not called when creating follow-up ERP document in CRM

Symptom

BADI CRM_LORD2_BADI is not called when creating follow-up ERP document from a CRM document.
For example, you have implement z logic in method IF_EX_CRM_LORD2~MAP_OPP_DATA to modify mapped data when creating ERP quotation from CRM opportunity. This method is never called.
