• Route step description is not showing up on To-Do Tile Homepage - Performance Management.
• Route step name is not showing up on the To-Do Tile. 

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Login to Successfactors.
2. On the Home Page you will find To-Do Tile.
3. In the To-Do Tile we find the Pending action items to do. For example: Documents to be completed.
4. The Expected Behavior is Route Step Description has to show up on the To-Do list Tile.
5. However, Route Step Name is showing up on the To-Do List Tile.

To Do tile for forms which are launched prior to adding a step description are not automatically updated.

Once you launch a form with the same route map as the previously launched forms that includes a description, all of the forms will show with route map step description instead of the name.

Note: if you launch a form and then add a description, the To-Do Tile will not automatically update to use the Description, you would need to launch another form with the same route map.
