2410319 - Details Missing under SAP ERP Sales Documents in Cloud for Customer

Details under ERP Sales Documents in Sales Document (Opportunities, Sales Quotes) facet in Cloud for Customer are missing.

• SAP Cloud for Customer

For Opportunities:

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Select an Opportunity.
4. Go to Sales Documents tab.
5. Under ERP Sales Documents , details will be missing(except Document ID and Document Type).

For Sales Quotes:

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote view.
3. Select a Sales Quote.
4. Go to Sales Documents tab.
5. Under External Follow-up Documents , details will be missing(except Document ID and Document Type)

The necessary communication arrangements were not created yet.

1. Create the Communication Arrangement 'Sales Document Query in SAP ERP' on your system.
2. Activate Communication services available in this : 'Query Customer Quotes in SAP ERP' and 'Query Sales Orders in SAP ERP'.
3. 'Query Customer Quotes in SAP ERP' is used to retrieve the details of Quote(Created from Opportunity).
4. 'Query Sales Orders in SAP ERP' is used to retrieve the details of Order(Created from Opportunity or Quote).
