  • Msg 11216, Level 16, State 13:

          Server '<servername>', Line 5 (script row 312), Status 0, TranState 0:
          Internal Ct-Lib/Cs-Lib error 0: 'blk_init(): blk layer: SQL Server error: The number of columns expected from the server not the same  as received 14.'.

  • Msg 3651, Level 16, State 1:

          Server '<servername>', Line 5 (script row 312), Status 0, TranState 0:
          This transaction has been rolled back, rather than only the current statement.
