2410650 - CR for VS .NET Viewer does not respect layered charts when viewing in a Windows Form application

Symptom

Report in CR Designer has layered charts.

Open the report in a Desktop app and the charts are not shown layered.

Environment

Crystal Reports for Visual Studio SP 18

Reproducing the Issue

Open attached report in CR Designer, note the charts are layered so they show both. In CR for VS Windows form Viewer it shows the top or bottom layer only.

Resolution

Test with SP 19 beta build 2295 and the issue is no longer a problem.
