2410712 - SRS 15.7.1 fails to start after an upgrade-in-place - SRS

• On Aix 7.1 an upgrade-in-place was done from SAP Replication Server (SRS) 15.7.1 GA to SRS 15.7.1 SP100 (any SP1xx version)
   
• After upgrading SRS fails to start
   
• Executing "repserver -v"  is unable to resolve runtime resources and returns a 'symbol not found' message:
