SAP BusinessObjects Cloud Tenant ADMIN access rights corrupted

• SAP BusinessObjects Cloud 2016.23.0

1. Successfully use an SAP BusinessObjects Cloud Tenant in 2016.22.0 as ADMIN
2. SAP BusinessObjects Cloud Tenant is upgraded to 2016.23.0
3. Tenant ADMIN access rights are no longer correct

This issue was caused by a complication with a one time internal change to SAP BusinessObjects Cloud

This issue must be resolved on a per tenant basis by SAP.

In order to do so, create an case under the component LOD-ANA-BI. More information about how to create a support case can be found in KBA 1296527.
