2410996 - Custom notifications displaying Hiring Manager user ID instead of name - Onboarding 1.0

• When creating custom notifications the notification displays hiring manager user ID instead of their name.
• Recipients see the notification being sent from a user ID number and not the name of the hiring manager, therefore candidates can not see who the notification is from.

The key ‘Hiring Manager’ is storing the user ID instead of the full name.

• In the notification use : {user:HiringManager, objattr=firstname} {user:HiringManager, objattr=lastname}
• For Recruiter email Id : {user:Recruiter, objattr=email}
