Symptom

- Using third-party product log-outs SuccessFactors.
- Using third-party product not getting data saved on SuccessFactors.
- Using third-party product not getting data uploaded to SuccessFactors.

Reproducing the Issue
Example: Your Operating System has installed a new security update, which has a bug, or affects certain versions of the product differently, leading to issues with SuccessFactors, such as a system crash when completing an action like saving a file to PDF.
Resolution
If after investigation of SAP Support it is confirmed that the issue is caused by the third-party product, then customers need to reach out to the support of the third-party product, as SuccessFactors cannot supply support for third-party products as this is considered a Consulting and not Support request.
