Resolution

  • Reports or YouCalc tiles which are developed by third party (not by SAP professional services team) OR developed in third party application are not entitled to get assistance by SAP SuccessFactors Analytics Support team.
  • If any issue encountered after uploading  any custom Tile, Dashboard, Spreadsheet report or any report in SF instance which is developed by third party OR in third party application will not be supported by Support team.
  • Support team will provide assistance when custom report/ tile is developed by SAP professional services team.
