Groups serve as a container for users who are not in the same organization. User Groups are able to reserve slots in classes for specific users when those ones are not in the same organization.

How to create a group in Learning:

1. Learning Administration > People > User Groups > Add New >
2. Add the information (User Group ID, Description and Security Domain ID) > Save >
3. Go back to Learning Administration > Manage User Learning > Assignment Profiles > Search and access the desired one or create a new Assignment Profile >
4. Open the "User Groups" tab > Associate the desired User Group.

How to register a group in a class:

1. Learning Administration> Learning Activities > Classes  > Search and select the class that should have special reservations for the User Group >
2. Go to the "Seat Reservations" tab > Add >
3. Choose the User Group radio button > Search and select the desired User Group >
4. Complete the mandatory fields and Proceed with the setup > Choose Save.
