SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Groups serve as a container for users who are not in the same organization.
• Learning groups are able to reserve slots in classes for specific users when those ones are not in the same organization.

How to create a group in Learning:

1. Learning admin side > People > User Groups > Add New >
2. Add the information (User Group ID, Description and Security Domain ID) > Save >
3. Manage User Learning > Assignment Profiles > Search and access the desired one or create a new assignment profile >
4. "Rules" tab > Write rules that capture the users who should be a part of the group.

How to register a group in a class:

1. Learning admin side > Learning Activities > Classes and select the class that should have special reservations for the user group
2. "Seat Reservations" tab > Add (plus sign button) >
3. Choose the User Group radio button, then search and select the desired user group
4. Complete the mandatory fields and Proceed with the setup > choose Save when you're done
