2411625 - Error for Standard iflow for Confirmation Message: Save batch with same external Code failed! Invalid navigation key! EmployeeDataReplicationConfirmation/replicationTargetSystemNav, asOfDate

While running EC Payroll (AddOn) to EC - Employee Confirmation v5.0 in Boomi the following Error message is found:

API Response: ERROR - Save batch with same externalCode failed! Invalid navigation key! EmployeeDataReplicationConfirmation/replicationTargetSystemNav, asOfDate

SuccessFactors system

Replication Target System defined in ERP system does not match with Replication Target System defined in SuccesFactors

ReplicationTargetSystem configured in the ERP [Org Replication and Employee Replication] needs to match the externalCode of the Replication Target System configured in SuccessFactors.

In order to verify/correct the externalCode in SF, please follow the steps below:

1 - In Admin Center, Go to Manage Data

2 - In manage Data, Search for Replication Target System, after selecting the Target System the externalCode will be shown. In order to change it go to Take Action-> Make Correction.

In case you are using Boomi, please observe that the "Replication target system" can be wrongly configured in the middleware too. The same applies for SAP SCI (also known by HCI). Find below one example in Boomi:
