2411723 - Error MEPO 047 is issued when updating account assignment using BAPIs - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

The error MEPO 047 "Enter quantity, percentage, or value for account assignment" is returned in the scenarios like:

  • With BAPI_PO_CHANGE, change a purchase order line from multiple account assignment to single account assignment 
  • With BAPI_PR_CHANGE, add a new purchase requisition line with single account assignment based on a PR which was created with multiple account assignment

Requirement: Business function for MM Multiple Account Assignment (LOG_MM_MAA_1) is active in your system.
