2412470 - Risk analysis window truncated with unnecessary scrollbar after NW 7.50 upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading to NW 7.50 some windows are truncated, the page is rendered only in the half of the browser window and there is an unnecessary vertical scrollbar added.

Affected windows are Risk Analysis, Access Request, Search Request, Role Search and any other where FPM is used.
