Diagnosis
An error occurred in the TMS communication layer of the following SAP system:
System: <SID>.DDOMAIN_<SID>(Client)
Function: CTW_WS_COUNT_WORKITEM
Error: NO_UNICODE_DESTINATION (Target system has different character length (2) to destination TMSWF@WORKFLOW_ENGINE)
System Response
The function terminates.
Procedure
Check your transport control station configuration with transaction STMS.
