2412557 - Workflow does not respect permissions

Some fields in Job Information and Compensation Information are not permissioned for managers but when a workflow is triggered and the manager checks the workflow request he can see all fields.

1. Workflow is set up correctly  - Respect Permission is set to Yes.

2. The manager checks the workflow request and is able to see the fields 

Role-based permissions are NOT supported for the following:

● New Hire/Rehire

● Global Assignment

● Concurrent Employment

● Pension Payout

● Dependents

● Work Permit

● Workflow Foundation Object
