You try to call a Catalog (punch out or SRM-MDM) from an SRM document but you cannot reach it. In other cases you try to transfer an item from a Catalog but the transfer fails. Depending on the catalog you can have the following symptoms:
- By calling the catalog you can see
Case 1.1: White Screen or Blank Page
Case 1.2: Network error message
Case 1.3: Java Error Message in case of SRM-MDM Catalog
Case 1.4: In case of SRM-MDM Catalog the following error message: "Cannot run Catalog application; contact your system administrator" or "login failed"
- Trying to transfer items from the catalog the following problem occurs
Case 2.1: Incomplete item in catalog...
Case 2.2: BSP Error message
Case 2.3: Page not found
