Legacy Picklists are accessed from the Picklist Management Tool on the Instance.

• Is it possible to sort picklist(s) in a specific order?

1. Goto any MSS page (example: change job and compensation information) with manual event reason selection:

2. As we can see above, the Event is not shown in alphabetical order

• Event is a predefined base object delivered in Successfactors application
• We have limited way of customizing it and sorting it is not possible

• Sorting the Event list is not possible. We already have an enhancement request #ECT-11480 for the same but product team has not made any plans on it yet
• Event reasons can be sorted in alphabetical order by enabling the Sort Picklist Columns Based On Labels option in Provisioning .

• However, you can sort other picklists in alphabetical order of labels by enabling Sort Picklist Columns Based On Labels option in provisioning:

             

• If sort picklist based on labels is not enabled, then all picklists will follow option-Id to sort the picklist order
