2413025 - EIS Failure produces ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace

Symptom

There is an error message similar to the following in the SAP Enterprise Inventory and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) application log:

          Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace XXXX_XXXX


           *Note: (XXXX_XXXX tablespace possible names MIPO_INDEX, MIPO_DATA, GATEWAY_DATA, GATEWAY_INDEX, DATASTORE_DATA, DATASTORE_INDEX)
