2413058 - "Please restart IDE: The cryptography module loaded incorrectly. The password for the database and application server profiles will be lost" - SAP PB

Symptom

When opening up a DB profile the following error message is seen in the lower left at times:

  •  "Please restart IDE:  The cryptography module loaded incorrectly.  The password for the database and application server profiles will be lost" when I open the DB Painter.  
  • Message flashes and then disappears when the painter opens. 
  • Reappears at times when editiing profiles
  • Connection is successful and no problems detected
