2413080 - How to Unlock User Account in LMS after reaching maximum attempts?

Symptom

User unable to login to LMS as he gets the below validation error message:

Resolution

Please contact your system adminstrator to unlock the account.

Administrators can login as LMS adminstrators and follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Users and search for the user who is locked.
  2. Navigate to the bottom of the page and see the "Locked" toggle, here you can use the toggle to unlock the account.
  3. Click on "Save"


After saving, the user should be able to log in.
