2413668 - Admin cannot change images configuration

When navigating to System Admin > Configuration > Images, a blank screen displays and admin has no access to change any images.

Please review the below screenshot that better illustrate this scenario:

Learning Management System Core

Navigate to the Learning Administration > System Admin > Configuration > Images.

The admin role being used does not include all necessary workflows to allow admin performing any image change.

Add the following workflows to the role the admin is using:

• General System Settings
• Access Image Configuration

To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to System Admin > Security > Role Management
2. Find the role that is missing the workflows
3. Click on Workflows tab
4. Click on 'add one or more from list' link
5. Expand the System Administration group
6. Add these workflows below and click add button:
• General System Settings
• Access Image Configuration
