2413860 - Initiate Onboarding ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage

Unable to initiate Onboardng process from RCM. 

Error : 

ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- custZip
Unable to initiate onboarding: 445, Error: ONB_CANNOT_ONBOARD


The custom key 'custZip' is not included in field mapping / RX tag and not present in the ONB-RCM mapping still we get the error

In the onboarding data dictionary, check if  custZip is used as 'BizxPickListExtCodeField' (ext code key) for more than one picklist fields which causes the DuplicateNameException.

Please make sure the ext code key is unique for fields in data dictionary.
