2413894 - SUM: ADDON_QCALC phase - BI_CONT - There are upgrades to required software component versions missing

Symptom

  • While performing an upgrade using the Software Update Manager (SUM) an error occurs during the phase ADDON_QCALC
  • An error similar ot the one below can be found in the SAPupConsole.log:
Checks after phase PREP_EXTENSION/ADDON_QCALC were negative!
Last error code set: Queue calculation failed since ADDons are missing
*ERROR:* The program is unable to generate the Add-On queue due to missing
Add-Ons or Support Packages.
Repeat the current step and change the Add-On selection.
