2414231 - Candidates hired into Employee Central are not moved to "Hired" status in Recruiting Management - RCM/OBD/EC

Candidates being Hired via Employee Central are not automatically moved to the 'Hired' bucket when hiring process is completed in EC and Onboarding

1. Log-in to instance;
2. Go to Recruiting Look at Requisitions;
3. Select a candidate in a Hireable status;
4. Confirm they have their Onboarding Completed/signed documents;
5. Confirm that they are also hired into Employee Central ;
6. But candidate remained in the Hireable status and was not automatically moved to "Hired" status.

First note that you should never use Add New Employee UI for hiring cadidates coming from RCM or Onboarding, this process must be executed via Manage Pending Hires.

When instance is configured with an Integration between Recruiting Management, Onboarding and Employee Central the correct process to be followed is:

1. Candidate is moved to a "Hireable" category status to have the Onboarding initiated via Recruiting Management;
2. Onboarding is initiated and candidate will remain in the next status until Onboarding "paperwork" is completed via Onboarding Module;
3. Candidate will appear in "Admin Center -> Manage Pending Hires" once Onboarding is completed. The Manage Pending Hires process allows uses to consolidate candidates coming from Recruiting and Onboarding and you can toggle between candidates from Onboarding and candidates from Recruiting.
4. After clicking "Hire" in Manage Pending Hires, you are taken to the "Add New Employee" screen, where the candidate's data from Onboarding is populated.

Once this process is completed, candidate should be moved to a "Hired" status in Recruiting Management.

If this process is not completely followed, candidates will not be moved to the Hired status in Recruiting Module.
