2414357 - ME86 does not process deleted / blocked items, SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

You have very large scheduling agreements (SA) with thousands of items and per item thousands of schedule lines. Many items are already in blocked or deleted status whereas others are still in use. Maintenance of those large SA's in ME33L and ME38 are very slow. According to SAP Note 493404 you want to use ME86 to aggregate schedule lines from past years. But ME86 can not process items with deletion flag or blocking indicator.
