2414360 - Unable to release order "System status REL is active" (BS 013)

• Order has Released status set but the release flag is also available. 

• This results in the completion options for the order to be unavailable. (Order > Functions > Complete)

• If you try to click the release flag again, the system gives the following errors.

The business transaction cannot be carried out.

System status REL is active (ORD XXXXXXXX)

 This can also affect other order status such as TECO, CNF, PCNF etc.
