Symptom

While saving a sales order in CRM for a specific country the following error message occurs:

External currency amount too big - unable to convert (Notification E S& 041)

Checking customizing for the corresponding currency used in this country, you notice differences between CRM and ERP, however all customizing objects are successfully loaded.
