2414761 - SSO RUI Logon Screen Stuck 80%

Symptom

You are trying to open RUI interface with the SSO String:

https://myxxxx-sso.crm.ondemand.com/sap/byd/runtime?client_type=newhtml

where xxxx is your system URL and the logon page is stuck at 80% loading.

Cause

This behavior is seem because RUI client is not the default client.

Resolution

To use SSO feature with RUI - RUI has to be the default client.
