• Failed to log on to Information Design Tool when connecting with fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the BI server in the system field.
• Error occurs as:
  
  Communication error occurred when trying to connect to server HOSTNAME.DOMAIN.COM (FWM 01009)
  
  Details:
  Error:
  Failed to log on host "HOSTNAME.DOMAIN.COM", user "BOUSER", Could not reach CMS 'HOSTNAME.DOMAIN.COM'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)
