2415164 - User search failed from LDAP data source

Symptom

On retrieving details from LDAP system, error messages are captured: "Cannot connect to LDAP system / Cannot perform read operation on the LDAP system / Cannot unbind the LDAP system", although LDAP connector is working.

Environment

SAP GRC Access Control 10.0 / 10.1 / 12.x

Configure LDAP connector according to SAP Note 1584110 and set LDAP connector as User Search Data Source

Enable Real-time LDAP Search for Access Request User by setting SPRO Parameter 2050 to YES
