Symptom
When a Learning Manager tries to access and view their (in)direct report learning plan, the following message is displayed, even when the (in)direct report has assigned items: "You don't have any assignments.".

Reproducing the Issue
- "My Team" area >
- Select any of the (in)direct reports to see their learning plan >
- The "You don't have any assignments." message is displayed, even when the (in)direct report has assigned items.
Cause
The role assigned to the Learning Manager lacks the proper required permission to view the (in)direct report learning plan.
Resolution
- Learning Administration > System Administration > Security > Role Management >
- Search and access the role assigned to the Learning Manager >
- "Permissions" tab > Click "add one or more from list" >
- "My Team" entry > "Access Learning Plans" permission > Check the "Add" box > Click "Add", then "OK".
Note: The view of the Learning Manager of the (in)direct report learning plan is the same as the one presented to the user. This is configured via System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > USER LEARNING PLAN.
