2415319 - SWPM exits with error code 1 during "Install Java Engine" phase

SWPM (Software Provisioning Manager) is being used to perform a System Copy or Dual Stack Split. However, during the Install Java Engine phase, the SWPM tool stops and the following error message can be found in sapinst_dev.log.
